By placing an order through the Captiva Group, LLC site, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms. Order Validation and Acceptance
When you place an order through the Captiva Group, LLC site, we may verify your method of payment, billing address, and/or shipping address before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the Captiva Group, LLC site is an offer to purchase our products. Captiva Group, LLC may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Captiva Group, LLC until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

We are not responsible for any injuries or damages that may arise from the use of products purchased from Captiva Group, LLC. The products available on the BeverageOutfitters.com site are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. Products sold by Captiva Group, LLC are not entirely intended for use with alcoholic beverages.
Pricing and Product Information
Captiva Group, LLC makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to its products and prices, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to Captiva Group, LLC products is subject to change without notice. In the event we discover an error in the description or availability of a product that affects your outstanding order with Captiva Group, LLC, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, Captiva Group, LLC will issue a credit to your credit card for the amount of the charge.
Captiva Group, LLC site prices are not intended to represent the price of Beverage Outfitters products at other retail stores.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges will be added to the cost of your order. Captiva Group, LLC works directly with our carrier, USPS, to accurately estimate actual shipping and handling fees based on the products you order and the shipping destination.
Once a package is shipped, the package is in the hands of the carrier, USPS. Therefore, Captiva Group, LLC cannot guarantee any delivery dates or times. If a package is lost during transit, Captiva Group, LLC will make a reasonable effort to help the customer resolve the problem.
Return Policy
You may return any product purchased through the Captiva Group, LLC site within (30) days of receipt. Captiva Group, LLC however will not be responsible for refunding shipping costs or return shipping from the customer back to Captive Group, LLC.
If you received the wrong product, a product that is damaged or defective, or a product that contains a damaged or defective part, Captiva Group, LLC will work with you to ensure you receive what you ordered in the expected condition.
If the package looks damaged from shipping, we ask that you not accept the package for reasons of damage during shipping; damage to the shipping box.
When contacting Captiva Group, LLC (returns@beverageoutfitters.com), please include the following: (1) your order number; (2) a description of the product; (3) a description of the problem; (4) if possible, pictures of any damage.
Electronic Communication
When you place an order through the BeverageOutfitters.com site, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of backordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Captiva Group, LLC will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.
Product Display/Colors
Captiva Group, LLC attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors and sizes of the products shown on the site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, Captiva Group, LLC cannot guarantee that the color you see exactly matches the product color displayed.
Security and Privacy
Captiva Group, LLC does not store your credit card information, or share any information with third parties.
Payment and Shipment
You may pay for your order via PayPal or all major credit cards. Credit cards issued outside of the United States of America may or may not be approved by Captiva Group, LLC credit card processing company, and Captiva Group, LLC will not accept orders if they are not approved by the credit card processing company.
Sales Tax
Captiva Group, LLC collects and remits sales taxes as required by law on purchases made via the site.
